Artist statement
Perspective is one of the most important aspect of film making. How something is presented can change how the entire scene is perceived. Perspective compliments our imagination and takes us through the journey.
Biography
Having completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts majoring in New Media and a Bachelor of Management majoring in Marketing has provided me a unique insight into both the artistic approach and the management side of production. Working with video and photography has shown me how to properly set up a scene or shoot as well as how to make the most out of an available shot. Every frame should portray a meaning and everything within the frame should support that purpose.
I have had works submitted to events, exhibitions, and art galleries; including Petulant Pixels 2016, LAMPS 2016, and CASA. My work as the Director of Photography in the short film Zombie love Won two awards at LAMPS 2016 for ‘Best Student Film’ and ‘Peoples Choice Award’.
